Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

·         Return shipping cost should be buyer responsibility.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Note:

• Return shipping fees, Malaysia import duty tax and other related fees are buyer responsibility.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund amount will exclude any delivery cost paid during checkout.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly sent.
To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with photos of the item received.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened box of:

• Beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products
• Skincare ampoules
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
